At Tuesday, July 9th 2013, beginning at 9.30 PM, this year’s Evenings will be opening in grandiose style – under the summer night sky, in
honor of the bicentennial year of birth of two musical giants, antique
Forum Square will echo selected programme made of the most beautiful
Verdi’s and Wagner’s opera arias. Croatian leading soloists Valentina
Fijačko, Martina Zadro, Dubravka Separović-Mušović and Domagoj Dorotić,
Ljubomir Puškarić, Ivica Čikeš and Giorgio Surian under the direction of
reputable conductor Ivo Lipanović, accompanied by the Croatian RTV
Symphony Orchestra and Choir will mark the beginning of the 53rd Musical
Evenings in St. Donat’s extremely interesting repertoire and
